We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, incompatible, or the wrong item has been sent, then we will also refund the postage cost.
Cancellations and Re-schedules
The buyer has 30 days to change their mind without penalty as long as the item hasn’t been opened and/or used. Faulty or incompatible items can also be refunded within the first 30 days. If a fault occurs after the first 30 days then the item will be repaired/replaced but not refunded.
